Will use of Trade Single Window (TSW) be compulsory for all traders, brokers and forwarders from day one?
No. TSW would need to be phased in - this is part of the delivery considerations.The project team is aware that there is a considerable investment in industry systems and that to be viable, TSW would need to accommodate existing data exchanges and also to provide manual data entry from less sophisticated or occasional system users.
