Aircraft Carrying Cargo (other than personal baggage)
If the aircraft is carrying cargo the person in charge of the aircraft is required to provide the following information on the Advance Notice of Arrival:
(a) The names of the parties involved in transporting the cargo; and
(b) A description of the cargo; and
(c) The place at which the cargo was first loaded for export, and if it was transhipped, the place or places at which it was transhipped (refer below for an explanation of transhipped goods); and
(d) The place at which the cargo is to be discharged, and if it is to be delivered elsewhere, the place of delivery; and the names and addresses of the consignors and consignees of the cargo, and contact parties; and
(f) Details of any packaging in which the cargo is packed.
The Advance Notice of Arrival information is to be completed in writing and forwarded to Customs by facsimile or email. The 24 hour contact centre to forward this information to is as follows:

Transhipped goods refers to goods imported by air or sea, which have not cleared Customs control, and are being loaded onto another vessel for subsequent export.
