Immigration Requirements

Customs will provide immigration services on arrival in New Zealand.

The Immigration New Zealand publication Guide for Visiting New Zealand provides details of requirements for visitors travelling to New Zealand, as well as contact details for immigration offices off-shore.

To contact an immigration officer:

(a) Phone the New Zealand Immigration Service National Contact Centre on  00 64 9 9144100 if you are in Auckland or overseas, or call free on 0508 558 855 if you are in New Zealand but outside the Auckland call free area, and dial "0" on receipt of the automatic response message for an Immigration officer, or

(b) Fax the New Zealand Immigration Service National Contact Centre on 00 64 9 914 4119.
