Yesterday morning Otaki Police assisted a team of Customs officers executing a search warrant on a dwelling in Otaki Township. As a result of the operation a 44 year old Otaki man has been arrested and charged with: Importing Cannabis Seeds Possession of Cannabis Plant and; Possessing instruments for Cannabis. He has been released on bail to appear in the Levin District Court on September 10, 2009.
