New Customs Import and Export Prohibition (Toothfish) Orders 2009

Customs Import and Export Prohibition (Toothfish) Orders 2006 will expire on 10 May 2009.

These Orders will be replaced on 11 May 2009 by the:
Customs Import Prohibition (Toothfish) Order 2009 (Toothfish CIPO 2009) and the Customs Export Prohibition (Toothfish) Order 2009 (Toothfish CEPO 2009)

These Orders prohibit the import or export of Patagonian or Antarctic toothfish (Dissostichus eleginoides or Dissostichus mawsoni) unless covered by an appropriately completed Catch Document and, in some circumstances, an appropriately completed Export / Re-export Document.
