New and updated fact sheets available

The following new/updated fact sheets are now available:

Fact Sheet 2 (updated), United Nations Export and Import Sanctions. 
This has been updated to include arms and related material from Lebanon, amend import sanctions
to Liberia and Sierra Leone, and remove the export sanctions from Rwanda.

Fact Sheet 4 (updated), Export Prohibitions and Restrictions.
This has been updated to remove Rwanda from the list of export prohibitions.

Fact Sheet 5 (updated), Import Prohibitions and Restrictions.
This has been updated to remove reference to diamonds originating from Liberia and Sierra Leone,
and add in diamonds originating from Cote d'Ivoire.

Fact Sheet 9 (updated), Permits to Import - Alerts.
This has been updated to reflect changes to the United Nations sanctions.

Fact Sheet 10 (updated), Permits to Export - Alerts.
This has been updated to include hazardous chemicals and pesticides as covered by the Rotterdam
Convention, and persistent organic pollutants covered by the Stockholm Convention.

Fact Sheet 39 (new), Arriving and Departing Commercial Vessels.
This new Fact Sheet outlines the specific requirements for arriving and departing commercial vessels (other than cruise ships).
