Denise Hing, Group Manager Strategic & Executive Services

Denise's responsibilities include strategy, planning and performance, communications, ministerial servicing, interagency relationship management, Maori responsiveness and governance systems support for the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team.

Denise also manages the Border Sector Secretariat - an inter-agency unit which services and supports the six border sector chief executives in working towards a more integrated and responsive border management system – and chairs the Border Sector Coordination and Advisory Group.

Denise has a Masters in Public Administration undertaken through the Australia‑New Zealand School of Government.
