Jean Martin, Group Manager Organisation Development & Human Resources.

Jean Martin started as Group Manager Organisation Development & Human Resources in October 2005. The Organisation Development & Human Resources Group is responsible for providing organisation and people development services that support and enable the Customs Service. Jean has held similar roles, as well as operations management roles, in public and private organisations. She is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management and a member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand.

Jean holds an MBA (dist) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Project Management, as well as diplomas in Industrial Relations Management and Communications Management.
