John Secker, Deputy Comptroller Policy, People & Resources

John Secker is the Deputy Comptroller Policy, People and Resources.  John has been with Customs since 1998; his previous roles in Customs include National Manager Air and Marine, Deputy Chief Executive and acting Chief Executive.

Previously he worked in senior roles in the New Zealand Airways Corporation, holding various business development and operational management positions within Air Traffic Control Services.
