Feedback
This section of the New Zealand Customs Service Help covers how to use the feedback form facility to contact Customs.
The feedback form is navigated to by clicking the feedback link in the footer section. This form allows you to send your feedback, by email, to the New Zealand Customs Service.
To send your feedback, enter the information into the fields and click the "Send Email" button. Note: all fields are mandatory.
