Supplier Codes

For shipments in excess of NZ$1,000, a supplier code is required as part of the import entry preparation. A supplier code is a unique number that identifies the supplier of the goods. Applications for supplier codes should be made on the Application for Supplier Code form and faxed to your local Customs office, with evidence to support the supplier name and country of supply (such as the supplier’s invoice). To search for a supplier code, enter a supplier code or name, select a country from the drop down selection list and click "search".
