16. When will excise entries be able to be lodged electronically?

A

Currently a trial is being undertaken to test a process that will allow the lodgement of electronic excise entries. It is expected this facility will be commercially available later in 2008.

1. What is the definition of geographical area in respect of off-site storage areas? Is this 'law' or 'policy'?
