Tariff Concession for ‘Goods Re-entered after Repair or Alteration’ under the Free Trade Agreement between NZ and Korea  

Article 2.6 of the Free Trade Agreement between New Zealand and the Republic of Korea requires New Zealand to grant duty free tariff treatment for the class of goods described as ‘Goods Re-entered after Repair or Alteration’.

The Tariff (Korea – New Zealand Free Trade Agreement Concession) Amendment Order 2017 implements this requirement through a tariff concession (Reference Number 66) under Part II of the Tariff.

The amendment order comes into force on 1 October 2017.
