Are Customs holding a parcel for me?

A

Customs do not physically hold goods, but license premises to hold the goods, known as Customs controlled areas (CCA). CCAs include NZ Post, airlines, and various transport and freight companies. The CCA will generally advise you if they are holding goods for you (for example, NZ Post will send an arrival notification).
