This plan was developed in collaboration with our Unions and articulates our commitment to reducing our gender pay gap. It’s supported by data analysis.
Our GPG objective is to ensure that all our people and those who join Customs have equal opportunities to develop and earn.
We do this work because it’s the right thing to do and will lead to more fairness and equality in our workplace. It is completely aligned to our values.
