Trade Single Window (TSW)

Trade Single Window (TSW) is an electronic channel for the cargo and excise industries to submit information to and receive responses from border agencies (Customs, Ministry for Primary industries, Maritime NZ and Ministry of Health).

Getting started

TSW enables approved users to submit reports and clear cargo and craft, and to register importers, exporters and others with Customs and MPI.

Domestic Transhipment Request

A Domestic Transhipment Request (DTR) is an electronic request to move uncleared cargo from one approved facility to another approved facility.
