This page provides up-to-date information on whether any issues are affecting TSW and provides dates and times for planned maintenance outages.


Intermittent issue accessing TSW: RESOLVED

0900hrs: Since this morning, technical teams are aware of an intermittent issue with users unable to login to TSW online, this is due to a global vendor major outage. We are working with vendors to resolve the issue. Lodgements submitted over the B2B gateway are not impacted by this.

1240hrs: The vendor major outage has now been resolved. Users should be able to access TSW online normally. Technical teams will continue to monitor.
