This notice was issued in 2021.
On 16 December 2020, the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (Minister) gave notice re-imposing anti-dumping duty with revised rates set out in the Second Schedule to the gazette notice which is now available online.
The effective date of the anti-dumping duty is 17 December 2020. The duty will remain in force for five years from 17 December 2020.

Update on goods currently subject to anti-dumping duties:
• Galvanised wire from Malaysia (re-imposed from 17 December 2020)
• Galvanised wire from China (provisional measures)
• Preserved peaches from Spain
• Canned peaches from Greece (currently subject to review)
• Canned peaches from South Africa
There are currently no goods subject to countervailing action.
