New Customs Service Delivery email address

We are introducing a national Service Delivery work queue to provide a consistent service across all locations.
From the 22nd July all emails about passengers baggage and goods clearance should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that emails sent to local port Service Delivery email addresses or officers will be forwarded to the national email address for processing which may result in delays.
